Oku Select（オクセレクト）は、徳島の自然豊かな山あいにて、私自身の手で一点ずつ丁寧に仕上げる、感性を大切にしたものづくりを行っています。

制作を手がける私は、日本習字の「高等師範」資格を保有しており、命名書や木目塗装のジムニーパーツにおいても、筆致・構図・余白にまでこだわり、書と造形の美を表現しています。

自然の中で生まれた感覚と、長年磨いてきた技術を融合させ、大量生産では決して得られない、世界にひとつだけの一点ものをお届けいたします。

[EN] About Oku Select
Oku Select is a brand I run from a small workshop nestled in the lush mountains of Tokushima, Japan. Each piece is handcrafted by myself with a deep sense of artistry and care.
I am a certified Advanced Calligraphy Instructor (Kōtō Shihan) with the Japan Calligraphy Association (Nihon Shūji), and I bring this refined aesthetic into every product I create—whether it’s a woodgrain-painted Jimny part or a custom naming scroll.
Combining natural inspiration with years of honed skill, I craft each item as a truly one-of-a-kind work that no mass production can replicate.

商品ごとに、発送までの目安が異なります。

◉ 即納品：ご入金確認後、通常5営業日以内に発送いたします。
◉ 受注制作商品（木目塗装・命名書・顔合わせしおりなど）：ご注文内容に応じて1週間〜2週間ほどお時間をいただく場合がございます。

各商品のページにて納期の目安を記載しておりますので、ご注文前にご確認ください。

[EN] Shipping & Delivery Timeframe
Delivery time varies depending on the product:
◉ Ready-to-ship items: Usually shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
◉ Made-to-order items (woodgrain-painted parts, naming scrolls, wedding booklets, etc.): May take 1 to 2 weeks depending on the order details.

返品について

【保証・返品・キャンセルについて】
Oku Selectでは、すべての木目塗装パーツに対し、**「30日間の塗装保証」**をお付けしております。

自然素材との相性や使用環境に配慮しながら、一点ずつ丁寧に手作業で塗装・仕上げをしておりますが、万が一ご購入から30日以内に以下のような不具合が発生した場合には、責任をもって【交換】または【再塗装】にて対応いたします。

■ 塗装の極端な剥がれ・浮き
■ 明らかな初期不良（破損や到着時の不具合など）

なお、すべてのパーツは手で持ちながら手刷毛で塗装しているため、裏面には塗料の付着が見られることがございます。 裏面は「非塗装面」としており、保証の対象外となります。

現在は限られた環境の中で、表面の塗料品質と美しさを最優先に制作しております。将来的にクラウドファンディングなどが成功した際には、作業台の導入や環境整備を行い、裏面まで美しく仕上げられるように改善を目指します。

※ 塗料のはみ出し＝“ミス”ではなく、すべての工程が手作業ゆえの“個体差”であることをご理解いただけましたら幸いです。

※それ以外の理由によるキャンセル・返品はお受けできかねます。万が一お届け時に明らかな不備があった場合は【商品到着後3日以内】にご連絡をお願いいたします。誠意をもって対応いたします。

[EN] Guarantee, Returns & Cancellations
At Oku Select, all woodgrain-painted parts come with a 30-day paint guarantee.
Each item is carefully hand-painted and crafted with attention to natural materials and environmental conditions. If any of the following issues occur within 30 days of purchase, we will take full responsibility to offer a replacement or repainting:
• Severe peeling or lifting of the paint
• Obvious initial defects (damage upon arrival, etc.)
Please note:
All parts are painted by hand using a brush while being held, so paint may sometimes appear on the back side. The reverse side is considered a non-coated area and is not covered under warranty.
Currently, our priority is to maintain the highest quality on the visible surfaces within a limited production environment.
In the future, with the success of our crowdfunding project, we aim to improve our studio environment (e.g., with part-holding fixtures) to allow beautiful finishing on the reverse sides as well.
※ Paint irregularities are not considered “mistakes” but rather a reflection of the individuality of handcraftsmanship.
Other reasons for cancellation or return are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged or with obvious defects, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will address the issue with sincerity.
