自然素材との相性や使用環境に配慮しつつ、専門知識を取り入れながら、

一点ずつ丁寧に仕上げた塗装パーツ。

ご購入から30日以内に、以下のような不具合が見られた場合には、責任をもって【交換】または【再塗装】にてご対応いたします。

⚠️ 取り付け時の落下について

商品装着時に手を滑らせて落としてしまうと、地面がコンクリートやアスファルトなどの硬い場合、塗装が欠けてメッキが露出する恐れがあります。

このような取り付け時の落下による破損は、外的要因であるため保証対象外となります。状態を拝見すれば、通常の使用か落下かを判断可能です。

安全に装着していただくために、柔らかい草の上などでの取り付け作業を推奨しています。

※土の上も見た目が柔らかくても小石などが混ざっている可能性がありますのでご注意ください。

🎨 木目塗装パーツの裏面仕上げについて

当店のすべての木目パーツは、刷毛で一点ずつ手作業で塗装しているため、裏面に塗料が付着する場合があります。裏面は基本的に「非塗装面」としており、保証の対象外です。

本来であれば、裏面まで美しく仕上げるための専用台などを導入するべきですが、現在は限られた設備環境のなか、表面の仕上がりと塗装の質に全力を注いでいます。

将来的にはクラウドファンディングを通じて、裏面まで美しく仕上げる環境づくりを目指して参ります。

🎨 塗料のはみ出しや凹凸も「ミス」ではなく、手仕事ならではの個体差・味わいとしてご理解いただけますと幸いです。

⚠️Important Notice for International Customers

We sincerely appreciate your support from around the world.

However, please note that our 30-day paint warranty currently applies only to domestic (Japan) shipments.

Due to current limitations in return logistics and cost coverage for international parcels, we are unable to offer repainting or replacement services for overseas orders at this time.

That said, Oku Select is a small, independently operated studio—and your encouragement helps us grow.

As our business expands, we aim to establish a warranty system for international buyers as well.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support on this journey.


🔧30-Day Paint Warranty & Backside Finish

All wood-grain-painted products from Oku Select come with a 30-day paint warranty.

Crafted one by one with care and expert knowledge, our pieces are made with attention to both durability and finish quality.

If you experience any of the following within 30 days of purchase, we will offer a replacement or repainting at our expense:

Covered Under Warranty:

• Severe peeling or bubbling of the paint

• Clearly defective product (e.g. damage upon arrival)

Each item is inspected before shipping, but if anything concerns you, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

⚠️ About Drops During Installation

If the product is accidentally dropped during installation, and it lands on a hard surface like concrete or asphalt, the paint may chip, revealing the underlying metal or chrome.

Such damage caused by drops is not covered by warranty, as it results from external handling (we can usually tell by inspecting the damage).

We highly recommend installing the product over soft grass or a cushioned surface.

※Bare soil may contain hidden rocks and is not recommended.

🎨 About the Backside Finish

All of our parts are hand-painted one by one using a brush.

Because of this, some paint may appear on the backside, which is not visible once installed.

The backside is considered a non-coated area and is not covered under warranty.

Due to limited equipment and budget, our current focus is on achieving the highest possible quality on the visible front surfaces.

In the future, we plan to introduce specialized tools to also improve the backside finish.

🎨 Brush marks or uneven textures are not defects, but part of the unique handmade character of each piece.
